Former Borussia Dortmund player, Ousmane Dembele has indicated his interest to join Manchester United in the summer in anticipation of Zidane’s taken over the reins of the club at the end of the season according to reports.

Dembele, 21, who can play either side of the wing feels a little frustrated over irregular playing time at his current club Barcelona and he’s opened to a summer move to Old Trafford, where he expects to feature under the tutelage of Zizou.

Struggling Manchester United recently sacked their Portuguese coach, Jose Mourinho for the lack of football philosophy and the incessant disagreement that ensued between some players and coach.

In replacement, they brought their former employee Ole Gunnar Solskjaer from Molde to help coordinate the team for the huge task ahead. It is still early days but fingers cross the caretaker seem rather capable after winning the two league titles with Molde in the Norwegian league. The English Premier League is quite tougher.

In his first match in the dugout for Man United against Cardiff City, the boys looked happier and energetic in their approach to the win against the relegation threatened side.

Albeit, to make Solskjaer task easier, it will be best to sign an attacking winger and a quality centre back to help mount a serious challenge for the final champions league spot which they are eight points shy.

Ousmane Dembele has been linked and the sum of £90m has been quoted for the skillful and speedy Frenchman as his transfer value.

The move doesn’t seem achievable for the winter window as he plays for a club currently topping the Spanish La Liga and are amongst the favourite to win the champions league. He can be convinced to join in the summer perhaps.

So alternative measures must be considered by scouring the winter window to bring in players that will enhance the team’s chances of qualifying for next season champions league.
