Chelsea superstar, Eden Hazard has reportedly agreed to join European champions Real Madrid in the summer according to reports in Spain.

The Belgian playmaker currently has two-and-a-half years left on his existing contract at Stamford Bridge but continues to be linked with a move to the Spanish capital at the end of the season having put contract talks on hold with the Premier League champions with many believing he has his heart set on a move to the Bernabeu this summer.

Reports making the rounds suggest the Spanish giants have held talks with the Belgian over a potential big money move to the Bernabeu in the summer and the playmaker has verbally agreed a deal with the Los Blancos.

The attacking midfielder has always spoken of his desire to join the La Liga giants but the Blues will he hoping he can snub the advances of the Spanish outfit by penning a new deal with the west London club.

However, a move to the Bernabeu at the end of the season looks more likely with the Los Blancos expected to spend heavily in the summer after falling 16 points behind arch-rivals and La Liga leaders Barcelona in the title race and would be looking at adding bite to their stuttering attack.

The 27-year-old has grown into one of the finest playmakers in the world since he secured a move to Stamford Bridge in 2012 for a reported fee of £32 million from French side, Lille.

The playmaker has been pivotal to Chelsea’s success since he joined the west London club having won every trophy available with the Blues barring the FA Cup and the Champions League and would definitely be excited at the prospects of playing for arguably the biggest club in the world.

The Belgian international has played in 26 games across all competitions for the Blues so far this term scoring nine times and providing four assists.
