Chelsea are reportedly set to swoop in for Middlesbrough speedster Adama Traore. The Blues have turned their sights to the young player as a potential replacement for Brazilian Willian. Willian has been linked with a move to Manchester United with several outlets claiming a deal has been agreed.

The Red Devils are reportedly planning a bid worth £60 million for the 29-year-old as Mourinho seeks to revamp his squad. The Portuguese coach has set his mind on Willian as one of the players that can push the club forward.

Despite his age, Adama Traore continues to woo supporters with his skill, pace, and power making him a flashpoint in an somewhat disappointing season for Middleborough in the EFL Championship. Traore has had stints with Spanish giants Barcelona and has also played in Aston Villa.

The 22-year-old could be good long-term replacements for Willian as Chelsea possess the players that can make him thrive in the Premier League. Other high profile players linked with exits away from Chelsea are David  Luiz, Zappacosta, and Alvaro Morata.

Chelsea are record any activity in the transfer market due to the uncertainty over the managerial position. Traore had an impressive campaign, as he made 40 appearances last season, scoring 5 goals and contributing 10 assists
