Bournemouth Callum Wilson has reportedly emerged to become the target for an outstanding Chelsea according to The Mirror.

Callum Wilson has helped Bournemouth to the sixth spot position in the Premier League table with 6 goals and 4 assists in the league.

There has been reports that he is being followed by the Blues, as he is the highest scoring Englishman in the Premier League competition.

If the English player continues in his impressive display to the season, Chelsea could strengthen their interest in signing the player, as claimed by the report.

Though Chelsea have a couple of strikers in the side in Olivier Giroud and Alvaro morata, they have both not been convincing and prolific in front of goal.

Alvaro Morata is presently in a purple patch with 5 goals in six matches, but he has not done so well since joining Chelsea from Real Madrid.

English player Wilson could be a clever signing for Chelsea given that there is necessity for a striker that can chip in with a few goals. He is a workaholic player that is full of running.

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has another striker, Michy Batshuayi who is currently at Valencia on loan. Chelsea has started this season’s campaign with tremendous performance without losing any game so far, and the manager said they could be celebrating some silverware at the end of the season.
