Jose Mourinho sanctions Man United deal for duo including CB

Manchester United’s coach Jose Mourinho is getting set for a better comeback this new season and he is hoping to have additional players to the club for a stronger squad before the close of the transfer window.

According to the Times’ Paul Hirst, Mourinho has indicated that he would like to sign a central midfielder and an attacking player before the end of summer transfer on Thursday.

The Portuguese manager recorded a defeat after United lost to Bayern Munich at the Allian Arena and has called on the board to help in securing the additional players.

Recently, United have had their eyes on Toby Alderweireld but reports from German media outlet Bild suggests that the Red Devils are now interested in signing Bayern Munich’s Jerome Boateng.

Also, the report made us know that despite the proposed signing of Boateng for around £50million, Mourinho has been instructed to go for another attacking player in addition.

This happens to be in the favour of Mourinho as he has previously expressed desire in wanting two more players for the club but it was very much likely he is getting just one.

Alderweireld was formerly linked to the one possible signing Mourinho made mention of but the events of today has changed that as Boateng is now the club’s main target and Boateng can be said to be the least option of the Portuguese coach.
