Man United players tell Ed Woodward who they want as permanent manager

Manchester United players have had their say on who becomes their next permanent manager, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the current caretaker boss their preferred choice for the position.

The arrival of Solskjaer was not without fanfare but the impact he’s had was not envisaged and the players are happy playing for him obviously.

This has translated into five straight wins, where immense improvement and individual brilliance have been on show since his arrival to replace mercurial Jose Mourinho.

Currently in Dubai for are invigorating warm weather and away from the inclement cold in England, the boss is also using the opportunity to get to know the boys on a personal level.

The old Trafford job is vacant and reports are backing Tottenham Hotspur Mauricio Pochettino as the next Manchester United boss.
