There is speculation that English outfit Manchester United are interested in signing Galatasaray youngster Ozan Kabak in the January transfer window to add strength to their defensive line.

According to a recent report from Turkey, which was translated by talkSPORT, the 18-year-old defender has also been linked with a potential transfer move to Manchester United rivals Arsenal after what has been described to be a form of an incredible breakthrough season for Kabak.

With Manchester United keen on adding strength to their defense, the Gunners are definitely going to face a major competition for Kabak’s signature.

The Sun is linking the Red Devils to the Turkish star defender and they have claimed that he could possibly be sold for a transfer fee of as little as £7million to any interested clubs outside Turkey.

Kabak is looking all set to have a big career at the highest level and The Red Devils are quoted in The Sun’s piece to have scouted Kabak.

It would do Kabak, who is still a teenager, a lot of good to remain where he is now rather than jumping ships because moving to either Arsenal or United where he would hardly pay in the first team would pose a big pressure on him.

However, with Manchester United needing a defender in January transfer, they might do whatever it takes to beat Arsenal to Kabak’s signature.
