Manchester United chief Ed Woodward visited the players in the dressing room after their disappointing defeat against Brighton and Hove Albion on Sunday. According to club sources Woodward addressed both players and staff in the defeat.

The United Chief spent the game looking stressed and Dejected as the Old Trafford outfit contrived to play poorly at the Amex Stadium.  Manchester United fell two goals down in the first 30 minutes with goals from Glenn Murray and Shane Duffy.

Romelu Lukaku pulled one back heading in from a scuffed shot from Luke Shaw before Pascal Gross scored a penalty before halftime.

United huff and puff before Paul Pogba scored a penalty with virtually the last kick of the game after a foul on Marouane Fellaini.

Mourinho afterwards refused to blame the players for the defeat and Pogba revealed that the player’s attitude towards the match was poor. Many in the game are referring that we could be witnessing a repeat of Mourinho’s infamous third season.

Although Woodward visit to the dressing room is a common occurrence as he commonly visits the team after matches. It could also be a subtle warning to Mourinho to change thing around or he could face the sack.
