Not Sanchez: Manchester United in talks with attacker’s representatives

English giants, Manchester United have reportedly been in contact with representatives of out of favor Paris Saint Germain star Lucas Moura ahead of a potential January move to Old Trafford but no official bid has been lodged yet.

Moura has been linked with a winter move to the Theatre of Dreams after falling down the pecking order due to high profile arrival of key duo Neymar and Kylian Mbappe from Barcelona and AS Monaco respectively in the summer.

Reports from English publication Goal understand that the Brazilian is keen on a move to Old Trafford having rejected offer from French side, Nantes and Chinese side, Beijing Gouan and could be available for a reported fee of €40 million with the Ligue 1 leaders ready to offload him this month.

The Brazilian attacker was on the verge of joining the Red Devils in 2012 but he opted to move to the Parc des Prince for a reported fee of £38 million in the winter of 2013 from Brazilian side, Sao Paulo.

However, he has grown into one of the finest wingers in the French League having established himself in the French outfit starting eleven but has found games hard to come by this season having featured only six times across all competitions scoring once and providing the same number of assist.

The 25-year-old is known for his pace, excellent dribbling skills, creativity, vision, crossing and also a set-piece threat.

With Marcus Rashford suffering from a dip in-form and United short of wingers on the right hand side of the attack he would be a quality addition to the Red Devils and would offer more width and pace to United attack.
