Paris Saint German joins the race to sign Liverpool’s Phillipe Coutinho

The race to sign Liverpool star man Phillipe Coutinho has gotten more intense after French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint German joined the race to sign the midfielder subject to the request of his countryman Neymar.

Thr Brazilian tried to force a move out to Barcelona in the summer after handing out a transfer request to Liverpool but his move to the Nou Camp failed to materialize because the reds were adamant in their decision not to let him go.

Though Barcelona are still keen to land the midfielder they may be faced with a bigger challenge in their attempt to land the superstar after PSG joined the race as a result of the request by their former player, Neymar. The Ligue 1 giants are reportedly set to make a bigger offer than Barcelona.

The 25-year-old joined Liverpool from Internazionale in January 2013 for a fee of £8.5 million. He has since gone on to become one of the most important players in the current Liverpool side hence their decision not to let him go. He has since returned to the first team squad of the Jurgen Klopp team after his failed move to Barcelona and he has racked up three goals in his last three matches for the Reds.

Even though Liverpool are not ready to let him go, the English Premier League side may be compelled to do so in January with the mouthwatering offer PSG is reportedly plotting.
