Arsenal have shown interest in Barcelona’s attacker Ousmane Dembele.

According to reports, Arsenal seems to want a deal and have notified Barcelona about their intent on a potential contract in the future if they are ready to allow Dembele leave Nou Camp.

There have been claims that Gunners chief scout, Sven Mislintat before now has held talks with the La Liga champions in the attempt to move Dembele to the Emirates.

Though, Dembele joined Barcelona last summer which could be considered a short period for a player, there have been rumours of doubt about his future in Nou Camp.

Barcelona’s recent signing of the Brazilian born Malcom Filipe Silva, a winger from Bordeaux has raised many questions in people’s mind questioning whether Dembele who is also a winger will still fit in.

Arsenal’s interest in the Frenchman points that boss Unai Emery intends to enhance his attacking force before the summer transfer window closes.

Recently the Gunners were speculated to have been targeting Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman, for a move  but those claims did not pan out.

Dembele was hugely signed from Dortmund and he happens to be a player that chief scout Mislintat knows during his time at the club.

It was reported last month that Manchester united boss Jose Mourinho wanted the 21-year old winger through a swap and he could be on his way to English side and become the fourth former Dortmund player to make the move to London.

However, it is still not sure if he will be having the squad at Emirate as his new teammates or not.

“There have been claims that Gunners chief scout, Sven Mislintat before now has held talks with the La Liga champions in the attempt to move Dembele to the Emirates.” Claimed by who, exactly? Some bloke down the pub? You know an article is full of shit and only serves as click-bait when the writer fails to produce even a single source for their information.
