Unai Emery personally announces Arsenal transfer deal for star, reveals why deal was done

Arsenal coach Unai Emery is said to have decide on loaning Calum Chambers to Fulham United.

Unai Emery has been on a team revamping since his resumption, he has invested heavily in a major summer overhaul with the likes of Stephan Lichtsteiner, Bernd Leno and Sokratis Papastathopoulos join the team and also extend the contract of Alex Iwobi amongst other as he gets his first team ready for the new season.

However, Emery is said to believe that Calum Chambers will need a regular first team appearance for a whole season to enable him realise his potential at Emirate.

As at last month, the England international signed a new long-term contract despite speculations making rounds that new coach Emery won’t be making much use of him in his first team line up this season.

Furthermore, Emery explained his decision stating that ‘Calum is a talented defender who has a bright future” but he believes his loan move to Fulham should help the English player develop his football career as he wish him to have a successful season.

It is now expected that the Gunners continue their pursuit to sign Croatia star Domagoj Vida from Besiktas following the arrival of President Fikret Orman in London and with the little time remaining for the transfer deadline, Arsenal will have to make haste to get Vida signed.
