The former Shakhtar Donetsk playmaker has not been a regular for the Blues this season majorly due to Antonio Conte’s switch from a title winning 3-4-3 formation to his newly adopted 3-5-2 formation which has favoured majorly the impressive duo of Alvaro Morata and Eden Hazard.

However, the absence of Spanish striker, Alvaro Morata who was ruled out with a back injury in the game against newly promoted side Huddersfield on Tuesday enabled the Italian tactician switch to his preferred 3-4-3 formation as the Blues breeze past the Terriers at the John Smith Stadium to secure a comfortable 3-1 win.
